New data retention functionality and
enhancements to Case Management
 
 
 
What is happening?
Verint is rolling out its latest upgrade for EFM (15.3 FP2). The release includes some exciting improvements that will enable you to better understand, analyze and activate exceptional customer and employee experiences. 

It will also continue to expand the capabilities of the overall Verint Experience Management portfolio.

Adhere to data retention policies with Scheduled Survey or Response Deletion
Easily and automatically comply with GDPR, CCPA, or internal data retention policies, or clean up your database with automatic data and survey deletion rules. The new Data Policies section allows users to..
  • define when to automatically close or delete surveys or individual responses.
  • base deletion dates on static or rolling time frames.
  • exclude specific surveys from the global rules
  • configure email notifications to survey owners prior to deletions

Enhancements to Case Management
These new enhancements provide improved usability designed so you can take action to resolve issues even more quickly. They include a better layout of case details, the ability to customize the screen layout, and the ability to designate required properties. Case Management is available to all EFM customers.

When will these updates be available?
Updates will roll out in early May for cloud-hosted clients. If you operate an on-premises implementation, a patch from Verint Connect will be made available in late May, which you will need to download in order to make the upgrade.
