Reporting Enhancements and SMS Upgrade
 
 
 
What is Happening?
Verint is rolling out its latest upgrade for EFM (15.3 FP1). The release includes some exciting improvements that will enable you to better understand, analyze and activate exceptional customer and employee experiences. 

It will also continue to expand the capabilities of the overall Verint Experience Management portfolio and our Unified VoC solution.

Reporting Enhancements
To build on the improvements made as part of last summer’s release (EFM 15.3), EFM 15.3 FP1 incorporates a major update of the reporting dashboard user interface that will help you more effectively identify and share key trends and prioritize action.

In addition, if you currently use Feedback Intelligence (EFM's data warehouse solution), you will easily be able to add survey and comments projects with just a click of a button. No more having to submit requests for new surveys. Look for the new "Push to Feedback Intelligence" option under "Actions".

Seamless SMS Data Collection Capability Now Supported
EFM 15.3 FP1 includes a new option that will enable you to capture survey responses via SMS. You can now easily connect to Twilio as an SMS gateway provider. All we need are your Twilio credentials. To learn more about Twilio’s pricing and coverage areas, just visit Twilio.com.

When Will These Updates Be Available?
All upgrades have now been completed. If you operate a cloud-based implementation, you can start using all updates now. If you operate an on premise implementation, you will need to download the patch from Verint Connect in order to make the upgrade. From here, be sure to click "For EFM patches, click Here" and ensure "EFM 15.3 FP1" is selected in the right column.

Tell me more about the upgrades to Verint’s Experience Management Portolio
In May, we launched our flagship solution Verint Unified VoC to the market. This latest release incorporates a number of notable improvements to this offering, including:
  • Verint ForeSee integration – In a huge step forward for our Experience Management portfolio, Verint ForeSee is being integrated into the rest of our suite. If you are an existing Verint ForeSee customer and would like to explore this, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
  • Enhanced integrations – Improved navigation and analytics within our Verint Unified VoC solution to drive better analysis and action on Experience Management data.
  • Improved alerting capabilities – Now create alerts from speech and digital feedback data AND distribute this insight via SMS for enhanced data socialization and visibility enterprise wide. You can even send alerts to other solutions (such as your CRM, messaging or ticketing systems). Also, now view a complete history of alerts that have been sent through Verint Unified VoC.
